Shipping information

Shipping conditions: Delivery of goods is available within the EU and Switzerland. Certain countries are excluded.

The goods will be shipped using the services of Deutsche Post and DHL.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): Deliveries within Germany are free of charge for orders over €30. For orders under €30, we charge shipping costs of €3.90.

For deliveries to other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €5.99 applies regardless of the order value.

For deliveries to Switzerland, a flat shipping fee of €9.99 applies regardless of the order value.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 2-5 days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-12 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If items with different delivery times have been ordered, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that was ordered.
