Order

You can only place orders with us online. To do so, add the desired products to your shopping cart and complete your order at checkout. Please carefully check your contact details before finalizing your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Only our team can make changes to your order. Therefore, please contact us promptly after placing your order at info@leavepcos.de. If your order hasn't yet been shipped, we can make the change.

Order cancellations can only be processed by our team. Therefore, please contact us at info@leavepcos.de for cancellation requests. We can only process a cancellation as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the cancellation is complete, you will receive a cancellation invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping conditions: Delivery of goods is available within the EU and Switzerland. Certain countries are excluded.

The goods will be shipped using the services of Deutsche Post and DHL.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): Deliveries within Germany are free of charge for orders over €25. For orders under €25, we charge shipping costs of €3.90.

For deliveries to other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €5.99 applies regardless of the order value.

For deliveries to Switzerland, a flat shipping fee of €9.99 applies regardless of the order value.

We ship with Deutsche Post & DHL Go Green. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation including tracking information via email.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-5 days, and international deliveries take 5-12 days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If items with different delivery times are ordered, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information.

Yes, delivery to a Packstation is possible. Please follow the DHL instructions " How to receive your parcels at the Packstation ". It is important that you address your order to a Packstation correctly as described in the DHL instructions.

Changing the delivery address after placing an order can only be done by our team. Therefore, please contact us promptly after ordering via info@leavepcos.de. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can make the change.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Since our products are perishable food items, we carefully inspect every return. Returns can be sent using the shipping provider of your choice. Please ensure that the items are unopened and in perfect condition. We also recommend against sending returns with postage due, as these are neither insured nor trackable. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@leavepcos.de. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Further information regarding your right of withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy .

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the amount via the payment method selected at the time of purchase. Processing is completed within a few business days.

Changing your contact details after placing your order is only possible through our team. Please carefully check the accuracy of your order information. Our products are manufactured, bottled, and packaged in Germany. We do not use any release agents or other unnecessary additives.

The Inosivar formula is identical in both powder and capsule form. The only difference with the capsules is the additional vegan capsule shell. This allows you to choose the method of administration that offers the greatest convenience. For example, the capsule form simplifies dosing and makes it easier to take when traveling. Furthermore, the capsule can be opened and the powder taken as usual.

For simplified dosing of Inosivar in powder form, a dosing spoon (2g) is included with every order of powder.

We always strive to maintain our product stock levels. However, should some products be temporarily unavailable due to high demand, we will inform you directly on the respective product pages when they are expected to be back in stock and available for delivery. Depending on product availability, pre-orders may also be possible.
